PCI-SIG Sponsor Opportunities

PCI-SIG® is an active organization with training events and compliance workshops held throughout the year, around the world.

Member companies of PCI-SIG have the exclusive opportunity to participate as a Sponsor at select PCI-SIG events.

PCI-SIG Developers Conference 2010

Make sure your company is seen as an industry leader at DevCon 2010 by sponsoring the event! Below is a summary of the Sponsor and Supplemental Sponsor opportunities for PCI-SIG DevCon 2010.

Platinum Sponsorship: $8,500 USD

  • 1 Exhibitor booth space (10'x20') + electrical (500 watts) 
      Alumni Sponsors may choose to upgrade their booth size to 20'x20' + 1,000 total watts
  • Logo representation on all DevCon related collateral 
      Signs, banners, onsite handouts, web site, email blasts, advertisement flyers, etc.
  • 75 word description in the program guide
  • Distribution of one collateral piece to DevCon attendees1/4 page full color ad in DevCon program guide
      Upgrade to a full page ad for an additional $500 
  • 1 product and logo feature OR 1 company ad displayed on a single slide which will be included in a rotating display in the Exhibit Hall during lunch, morning and afternoon breaks

Gold Sponsorship: $4,500 USD

  • 1 Exhibitor booth space (10'x10') + electrical (500 watts)
  • Logo representation on all DevCon related collateral 
      Signs, banners, onsite handouts, web site, email blasts, advertisement flyers, etc.
  • 30 word description in the program guide
  • Company logo rotating on screen in Exhibit Hall during lunch, morning and afternoon breaks

Exhibitor Sponsorship: $2,500 USD

  • 1 Exhibitor booth space (10'x10') + electrical (500 watts)
  • Company name rotating on screen in Exhibit Hall during lunch, morning and afternoon breaks

Supplemental Sponsorship Opportunities for DevCon 2010

These additional marketing opportunities are available for all PCI-SIG member companies who want to maximize their exposure at PCI-SIG DevCon 2010. Each opportunity is only available to one company, except the continental breakfast sponsorship. Act fast as these opportunities are only available on a first come, first serve basis!

Continental Breakfast Sponsor: $3,500
Be the first Sponsor to interact with 2010 PCI-SIG DevCon attendees. PCI-SIG will coordinate a continental breakfast of bagels, pastries, fruit, juice and coffee for DevCon attendees. The Sponsor will be provided with a product/demo table next to the continental breakfast in order to facilitate further interaction with attendees. Sponsorship of the continental breakfast is per day. The first Sponsor to register for the continental breakfast opportunity will have the selection of sponsoring breakfast on the first or second day of the PCI-SIG DevCon.

Conference Notebook Sponsor: $3,000
Make sure attendees think of your company each time they review their notes from the conference. Each DevCon Attendee will receive your notebook during registration. The Sponsor must ship the notebooks to the Santa Clara Convention Center no later than one week prior to the start of the event. Each notebook may contain one company promotional CD and one company advertisement flyer. The Sponsor must supply PCI-SIG with a copy of the notebook for pre-approval.

Coffee Cart Sponsor: $3,000
Upgrade DevCon attendees to gourmet coffee. Sponsorship of the coffee cart at the PCI-SIG DevCon will include unlimited coffee drinks (latte, mocha, espresso, etc.) for each attendee. The coffee cart will be located in the Sponsor Exhibit Area and will be available during registration and the AM breaks. A table for Sponsor collateral/demos will be placed next to the coffee cart for additional attendee interaction.

Giveaway Bag Sponsor: $3,000
Make sure attendees take your company home with them! Each DevCon attendee will receive a giveaway bag with a piece of the Sponsor’s collateral inside. PCI-SIG will distribute a Sponsor giveaway bag to each attendee during the check-in process. The Sponsor must ship the giveaway bag to the Santa Clara Convention Center no later than one week prior to the start of the event. The Sponsor must supply PCI-SIG with a sample of the giveaway bag for pre-approval.

Evening Mixer Refreshment Sponsor: $3,000
Sponsor one of the most requested aspects of a PCI-SIG DevCon. The Sponsor will receive two 10’x5’ serving areas to distribute drinks OR host an ice cream sundae bar and showcase company products and literature. PCI-SIG will arrange a professional caterer to provide and manage distribution of the alcohol or ice cream to the DevCon attendees. The Sponsor may provide their own branded cups/bowls and napkins, otherwise PCI-SIG will provide generic supplies. A special evening mixer advertisement, featuring the Sponsor’s logo, will be included in the DevCon program guide.

Logo Bottled Water Sponsor: SOLD OUT! 
Quench attendee thirst as the water bottle sponsor for the PCI-SIG DevCon 2010.  PCI-SIG will work with the Convention Center’s preferred vendor to provide 500 16.9 oz bottles with your company’s logo printed on the label. Signage recognizing your company as the water bottle sponsor will also be positioned next to the water distribution table. The Sponsor must supply PCI-SIG with a sample of the logo for pre-approval.

Lanyard Sponsor: SOLD OUT!
Put your company logo on every PCI-SIG DevCon 2010 attendee. We will distribute your lanyard with every conference badge. The sponsoring company must ship the lanyards to the Santa Clara Convention Center no later than one week prior to the start of the event.  The Sponsor must supply PCI-SIG with a sample lanyard for pre-approval. 

PCI-SIG Compliance Workshops

Companies from around the world attend the PCI-SIG Compliance Workshops to ensure their products are compliant to the latest PCI specifications.

Each day of a domestic PCI-SIG Compliance Workshop will have one Sponsor opportunity available. The Sponsor will receive the following benefits for one day:

  • Sponsorship of the Compliance Workshop continental breakfast, lunch, and PM break during the specified day
  • Company logo placed on meal announcement sign (24x36 inches) and napkins (signage and napkins to be supplied by the Sponsor)
  • Literature table adjacent to the continental breakfast and PM break buffet tables and a company freestanding 8.5x11 sign (e.g. "Lunch Sponsored By: COMPANY NAME" - sign to be provided by Sponsor)
  • One sponsor representative on-site for the lunch and am/pm break

Cost for this Compliance Workshop Sponsorship Opportunity is $3,000 per day.
