These signals are Don't care if you are designing a device. If you are
making a ad on board
they should be used. The meaning of these signals is then:


PRSNT1#		PRSNT2#		Meaning

Open		Open		Board not present
GND		Open		Present and 25 W max power requirement
Open		GND		Present	and 15 W max power requirement
GND		GND		Present and 7.5 W max power requirement
