Can anyone suggest a textbook?

Hi,

I will be teaching an introductory graduate course on microcomputer design
to computer science students in September and have just found out that the
book that I had intended to use -- "Design of Microprocessor-Based Systems"
by N. Alexandridis -- has just gone out of print, as is the book that I
used
previously -- "Microcomputer Hardware Design" by D. A. Protopapas.

I am looking for a textbook that discusses both CISC (at least the 486 but
pentium preferred) and RISC (Motorola 601 - 620, MIPS, DEC ALPHA) processor
architectures, modern memory technologies, and at least the ISA and PCI
bus.

I would be most grateful for any suggestions. Please respond to my e-mail
address if possible.

Thanks,
