Hello!

Does someone know which vendors do and don't provide +3.3v power?

It is true that spec says they don't have to, but they are supposed to
provide an upgrade path. Therefore most motherboards have +3.3v wired
to the slots. It has been up to the system vendor to provide a power
supply with +3.3v.

I'm sure that most high-end system vendors have +3.3v power to the PCI
slots, but I don't know if the Gateways, Dells, and Microns have
+3.3v.

Does someone know where I could find out?
