FYI
Just found (from own experience) that when trying to read the size of
a BAR on the Intel i960RP you MUST WRITE 0xffffffff to the register.
Some BIOS's will write 0xfffffffe to the BAR and will NOT get a correct
size back if you requested more than 4k of address space.
