This is a follow question to a discussion from back in July.
I'm making a 3.3v (signaling) PCI chip. I can't put 5v support on the chip
due to the chip process. Is there external logic I can use?
(FYI, I'm designing for 66 MHz, so I should have some room at 33 MHz.)
