Hi,
Has anybody considered embedding computer telephony buses into the PCI, or Compact
PCI platform? This has been done by the VME world with SC (SCSA), but has
apparently not been addressed by the PCI world. Standards should be incorporated
regarding this issue, since computer telephony is a becoming a very large market.
Mezzanine connectors, using ribbon cable just don't cut it in terms of robustness,
and ease of use.
What do you think?
