RE: BURST Xactions CROSSING BAR BOUNDARIES



Mark Gonzales is right.  A target that implements multiple BARs cannot
assume that they will be allocated contiguous PCI address spaces. 
Therefore, it must disconnect exactly at the BAR boundary because the
next PCI address may be assigned to an entirely different target.  This
is discussed in the 2.1 spec on page 46 (DIsconnect Without Data).

If an application needs more contiguous address space, it should
implement a larger BAR.
