The PCI overclocking is probably a byproduct of overclocking the memory bus...
These folks want to get out of the 66MHz memory bus rut, so they are cranking
the bus clocks up to 75MHz or even 83MHz... Now, a side effect of this is that
the PCI clock will go from 33MHz to 37.5MHz or 41.5MHz. I've had folks flatly
laugh at me when I tell them what a bad idea this is and retort that "The PCI
spec was designed to go to 66MHz"...umm.... oh, nevermind!.

Well, if these lamers are driving Pentiums w/ a 83MHz system bus, then they ARE
overclocking their processor's bus just not the CPU core.
