3.3V bypassing and bussing

On a 5 volt only card (PCI or PMC) the 3.3 volt pins need to be bypassed,
but do they need to be bussed? I mean, as long as I have a bypass cap on
each pin I shouldn't need to connect the pins together, right?
opinions, anyone?
