This question is not related to PCI, but I though that I might ask here
since I know there are a lot of windows programers that get these mails.
I need help converting a microsoft wave audio file to the raw numeric
data.
Does anyone know of a freeware utility that can do this, or the format of
the binary wave file so I can write the converter myself.
Thanks and Regards;
