I recently went through the excruciating search myself and came up with
AMP. It is not in their databook or on their website. They do have a data
sheet they will fax to you. Just ask for AMP part number 296369. It is
for the IEEE 1386 Mezzanine card connector and is available in 64 or 84
pins and from 8 to 15mm stack heights.
