If you really must have IDE, try National Semiconductor, the PC87410 is obsolete, but they released an updated part number.  Also, ALi M5215 and or M5219.  Opti also had/has one.  

If this is not a cost sensitive application, just forget the IDE headaches and go with SCSI, it's terminated bus and PnP like achitecture are soooooo much nicer.
