INTP and INTS are legacy interrupts, M66EN is same as PCI spec, and BRSVP are bussed between connectors and reserved for future use.  

I don't think it would be fair to the PICMG or the many companies who purchased the CompactPCI spec if I told you much more (besides, how could you be sure that the advice would be correct?)
