PCI Reset Question

I would hope that the current Reset ECN addresses the issue of
configuration cycles (and FRAME#) to a device taken out of reset (question
posed by Joe Fockler).

From memory, the ECN is asking for 5 clocks between RST# deactivation and
FRAME# assertion (to any device) and 2**25 clocks before the first
configuration access to the device taken out of reset.

While this ECN is the work of the hot plug group, I certainly hope the
ECN is approved and implemented in a global sense.
