Hi Guys,
The PCI spec says that I measure Tval time for PCI outputs with a 25ohm
pullup (for the falling edge).
Is this correct? It seems to be pretty hard to drive low if there is
only a 25ohm pullup on the signal.
This means that if pulled to 3V, I'll be driving over 100 milliamps
whenever I drive low.
