They still have 5v connectors.

From the roadmaps I have seen, and heard about, I expect to see some
3.3v PCI only systems entering the market around mid '99.

Yes, this is one of those "Duh!" questions.  Look at the PCI keying spec
again - 5v only card no worky in 3.3v only slot.  No biggy though; most
new card designs I see are universal voltage, including mine.
