list server is SLOW?

Is this list server having performance problems? Most of the other lists I'm
on echo postings back to me in 5 to 15 minutes. This one is now taking about
20 HOURS.
Editted headers from my most recent posting to try and analyze cause of
this...

So I sent this on Wednesday at 3:57PM PST, and the list server apparently got
around to processing it on Thursday at Noon PST.
Unluckily, these headers don't show how long it took to get from my ISP to
zynx.
