PCI multi-port serial adapter???

Hi,

A friend of mine is looking for a PCI multi-port
serial adapter (2 or 4 serial ports, non-intelligent
[no CPU]) to replace current ISA multi-port serial
adapter.  This product would be purchased in
quantity over an extended period of time.
Must have Windows drivers.

If you know of such a product, please
let me know and I will forward the information
to him.
