Start address with PCI-X

In a Master 64-bit write transaction, say in the first qword the byte
enable is 00011111 (binary). There are two address options, either the
address could be '0' in which case the count is 8 for this data, or the
address could be '5' in which case the count is 3. The question is :

Is it okay to use the 1st option (address being 0) or is it a must to use
Address 5 ?
