Who have "Plug and Play Option ROM Specification"?

hi!
We're designed a PCI card and i need following two documents:
  Plug and Play Option ROM Specification
  Device Identifier Reference Table& Device Type Code Table
In the "Plug and Play BIOS Specification" it wrote that
"Browse the PlugPlay forum on CompuServe to obtain a copy",
but i can't find them at that site.
