ACTEL pci core in a A54SX16P-PQ208

Hi,

Does anybody out there have any good or bad comments to make about the
Actel PCI (target only) core?  What I'm worried about is since their core
is not locked in (like Xilinx or Altera), the timings can vary from
compilation to compilation.  How do they manage to respect the min & max
timings?
