PCI Clock Driver

Hi,
 
I am designing a CompactPCI CPU Slot board and I was wondering what
clock driver should I use to drive all clock lines according to the PCI
spec. 5 volts signaling requires a minimum high of 2.4v and maximum low
of 0.4v, while 3.3v signaling requires 0.6Vcc=01.98 and 0.2Vcc=0.66v
