Answer:
None. The PMC BUSMODEn# signals are defined in the CMC mezzanine card
father spec and define the type of bus that is present on the connector.
For a PMC design, you must use those signals to cause your device to safely
tri-state off the bus when those signals indicate other than a PCI
interface.
