some Spec about PCI2.1 Standard

     I would you ask a question about the PCI 2.1 standard
     Q1.Is there any criteria which motherboard must fulfill before it
is claimed as PCI 2.1 compliance.
     Q2.Do the PCI 2.1 compliance motherboard PCI slot must provide 3.3v
or 5V
