PCI mechanical specifications

Hello,

I am trying to locate specifications for the mechanical aspects of PCI
cards as well as PICMG backplanes. I am essentially looking for enough
information to have a specially built chassis for a backplane with
several PCI cards. 

Tips on where to look for solid specs are much appreciated. I am also
interested in any available Autocad files for the same.
