Relation between PCI rev 2.2 and HOT SWAP

Hi,

After browsing thru both the spec., there are a few signals that are
used
on the Compact PCI's HOT SWAP which are not present on PCI rev 2.2
Currently, I am implementing the HOT SWAP option for my PCI rev. 2.2
design. It seems that the CAP_ID = 06 is ready for HOT SWAP.
But the pyhsical PCI bus does not have the ENUM# signal and others.....
Can you kindly direct me,  of how we will can implement the HOT SWAP
capability on a PCI rev 2.2 bus??
