RE: Relation between PCI rev 2.2 and HOT SWAP
PCI Hotswap is different from CompactPCI Hot Swap in that power controlling
functions are located on the system board instead of on the add-in card; so,
the signals are not defined on the PCI bus connector. It sounds like you
need the PCI SIG published PCI Hot Swap Spec.
