PCI 2.2 & Max Retry Time

I was trying to find the paragraph in the 2.2 spec that calls out a time
limit for retries for a memory write. I found the passage in Preface that
mentioned it as a change: "Devices cannot Retry a memory write request for
longer than 10 us," but I could not locate where in the spec this was
specified. Can someone point me in the right direction? (I scanned the
spec twice with no luck, either I am blind to it, or it is in a section that
I don't expect to see it in).

Thanks,
