3.3V signaling PCI

Hi,

We are in need of a Test setup for testing a chip which conforms to 3.3V
32-bit PCI bus. It can operate at 33 MHz as well as 66 MHz. The chip vendor
has specified that even though the datasheets of the chip shows that PCI
signals are not 5V compatible, they are actually 5V tolerant. Hence an
Universal card has been designed.

1. I wanted to know which are the PCs available in the market which have
3.3V PCI slots and operate at 33 MHz and/or 66 MHz.

2. When a motherboard uses a PCI chipset which is 3.3V and 5V compatible,
and has a 5V PCI slot, what will be the signaling environment? Is it 3.3V
signaling with 5V tolerable inputs OR 5V signaling only?

3. 66 MHz PCI operates only in 3.3V signaling environment. Am I right?

The board has to be tested at both 33 MHz and 66 MHz. Please suggest
suitable PCs for the test setup.
