PCI-X Spec Question

Hello,

I am coming again with a PCI-X Spec question. In section 5.4.6. on page  
125 the PCI-X spec mentions that a 'Device Specific' Error with a split  
completion error message is reported with message class 2 and message  
index 02h. Section 2.10.6.2. on page 87 identifies the index 8Xh for a  
device specific error. Does anybody know which one of the two values is  
the correct one?
Similar is in section 8.7.1.5., Master-Abort and in section 8.7.1.6.,  
Target-Abort referred to 'section 0' for the error classes. Any help for  
clarification is greatly appreciated.
