PCI-X IP Core

Looking for a full PCI-X IP Core (64-bits @ 133 MHz) that can be used for a
custom ASIC design.  Would like to know availability (when), cost, gate
count, and local bus interface.

Also I have read conflicting info on PCI-X:  A PCI-X device has 2 clock
rates of 66 MHz and 133 MHz but also will work in a 32-bit 33 MHz system
(at the lower speed).  So does PCI-X support the 32-bit 33 MHz PCI systems?
