Bruce,

I can definitely recommend the Mindshare course.  The
3 day course was very concise in it's description of
the PCI bus.  However, it will be your responsibility
effect the direction of the class as hardware/software
is concerned.  I was also primarily concerned with the
software aspect and so I request the instructor to
spend extra time on that area.

If you have any choice in the matter, John Swindle is
an excellent instructor.
