PCI on AGP

Hi all,

I'm designing a PCI 66Mhz compliant which will be connected to AGP 
of 443BX.
The device doesn't have any AGP functions but should initiate 
mem read or mem write as a target.
Does anyone know how the configuration regs values should be 
determeined?
For example should it have CAP_PTR to point AGP list even if it has 
just a PCI interface?
