We put a PCI-only device on the AGP to benefit from 66 MHz Clock rate.
The Config-Regs were just as in the PCI spec for any 'normal' PCI
device. No capacitance pointer. Phoenix-BIOS had no problems configuring
the device in a 440BX motherboard. The card worked flawlessly at more
than the expected throughput.
By the way, if you target your card to AGP only (not 66MHz PCI) you do
not have to meet the strict 66MHz PCI timing requirements. AGP timing is
much easier to meet.
