Whether it is or not doesn't matter.  Phrases like "blatantly false" and
"insulting" have no place in this forum.    Some of us have had no 
problem acheiving success with Xilinx parts again and again.
I appreciated Jim's comments and have found Xilinx to be a very respectable
vendor.
