For current and future spec writers and contributors, I'd like to take this
opportunity to point out the necessity of careful wording in specifications.
The draft 2.0 PMC spec states that it's scope is the physical and
environmental requirements.  This means it gives the mechanical requirements
and says what PCI signals/pins are _provided for_, not which signals may or
may not be present.  The draft 2.0 PMC spec goes on to state that the PCI
electrical requirements are governed by the PCI spec, and that any options
taken must be documented by the product vendor.
