where can i get a generic pci device driver source codes?

i was told that a couple of emails ago in the forum , someone posted that 
they discovered a website that has the generic pci device driver source 
codes. does anyone know where that webpage is? or how do i get access to the 
emails that was sent in the past? or if possible, does anyone know where i 
can get a generic pci device driver source codes?
