PCI/CPCI resource FAQ RE: cpci addressing scheme

CompactPCI cards are addressed the same as in standard PCI. You should have
both the PCI and the CompactPCI core spec for reference, as well as a good
book on PCI software and hardware implementation. And, since I have
recently seen several novice questions on both the PCI and CPCI email
reflectors, I thought I'd attach a copy of my poorly maintained PCI/CPCI
resource FAQ.
