Need an Intel/DEC EB154 PCI Bridge Evaluation kit

DEC (now part of Intel) sold an evaluation kit called the EB154. The kit 
contained a PWB that had a 21154 bridge chip on it.  We need to get a few 
of these PWB's.  Does anybody know where I can purchase some of these kits?
