Intel 840 Chipset PCI Bus Arbiter

Hello,

I was wanting to know if the high level specifics of the Arbitration
Algorithm are available for the Intel 840 Chipset PCI Bus Arbiter. I am
interested in
what scheme is used with respect to Bus Parking. Also is this Bus Arbiter
programmable by the system? If so how would you go about
doing this? Has anyone ever had any success with changing who the Bus
Arbiter parks the Bus on when it is idle?
