PCI Target Interface IC of FPGA

Hello,
does anybody of you know a good PCI Target Interface IC deliverable
for a "long" time and in small quantities. Or did you suggest to
use a FPGA for a small PCI-Card series (I think about 50/year).
There are now need of a great transferrate.
