Configuration Access - Register Number

Hi,

Excerpt from spec:
"Page 31: Register Number is an encoded value used to select à DWORD in the
Configuration Space of the intended target".

I must have missed something in the PCI 2.2 spec, because I can't find any
mention of how is the Register Number encoded when the host does a Type 0
configuration access.

Where should I look for that information? Or what is the encoding scheme?
