South Bridge chip for non-x86 embedded ??

 Can anyone recommend a "South Bridge" type chip
 for non-x86 embedded applications ?? I would be
 looking for some subset of:

    PCI --> ISA, USB, IDE, serial, parallel, AC-Link 

 I need something that's going to be available for
 3-5 years.
