CardBus to 66/64 extenders

Does anyone know of a source of, or if it is possible to have a CardBus
card that connects to a PCI extender chassis? Ideally, 66Mhz/64-bit that
is easily packed in a suitcase. (i.e. not much bigger than full size PCI).

The purpose is to be able to demo a 64bit/66Mhz co-processor from a
standard NetBSD running notebook.

Failing that, are there sources for 32/33Mhz PCI to 64/66 PCI extenders
that have at least two slots? Host CPU access is not the bottleneck, but
rather bandwidth across the PCI backplane between co-processor
cards. Ideally, 4-slots... I realize that requires 3 PCI bridge chips.
