"universal" PCI-to-PCI bridge?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there is a PCI bridge available (or coming out) that is
capable of both system slot and peripheral slot functionality using a single
board layout (like the new SENTINEL bridge chip by Force Computers, which is
NOT for sale)?  This is for a project that requires a PCI bridge in both
system and non-system slots.
