Cheap motherboards that are PCI V2.2 compliant?

We are working on a PCI data aquisition card design that needs a V2.2 
compliant motherboard (PC based) - specifically, the 3.3V supply is necessary.

I just got a cheap motherboard (ABIT BE6mk2 v1.1) to use as a lab test bed 
for our card. I made the dangerous assumption that since ATX form factor 
motherboards all have 3.3V in from the power supply it would be there on 
the PCI bus. WRONG!

So, it looks like I need to get another motherboard (slot 1, 600MHz P3 with 
133MHz FSB). Has anyone got any suggestions (based on UK availability)?

PS: I checked our target PCs for the finished product were 2.2 compliant 
before I designed the card, so it's not a long-term problem.
