Beginner questions about PCI.

Hi.

Just starting a project with compact PCI on a rack including
- an INTEL card with windows NT embedded
- a MPC860 card
- a DSP card.

The Intel is just here to initialize the PCI cards.
I need to make a communication between 860 & DSP.

How the 860 card can know the adress of the DSP card ?
Is there a mechanism during the PCI initialisation that allows that ?
Do I have to add a peace of code during the NT init to send thoses addresses
to the others cards ?
