ISA to PCI Conversion

To All PCI Experts
                 We are presently using a EISA add-on card in our Ultrasound
scanner. This card is basically used as a scan converter that works on
a DOS platform. 
                 In this card we deal with 24bit address and 9 bit data (non
multiplexed). Along with these signals we also use the interrupt signals
IRQ5, IRQ10, IRQ11 and IRQ12 and the other required signals for reading
and writing.
                  We are planning to convert this card to a PCI add-on card. We
would like to have your valuable suggestions in continuing with the
project and the constraints associated with it. We would like to get
information and suggestions on the PCI controllers that could be used for
the purpose.
