mini-pci

Has anyone used the mini-pci spec to develop a
LAN/Modem card?  If so what type did you select(Type
I, II, or III).

I am concerned about added EMI at the edge of the
board when using a Type II, but there seems to be less
components in the Type II than in the Type I, and III.
 Additionally, is the Type II more restrictive to the
OEM?
